The Speech Technology Lab (SpeechTek) is excited to announce a funded PhD grant in collaboration with the Department of Psychology and cognitive science of the University of Trento.
We are looking for a driven doctoral student to work on “Enhancing Speech Language Models for Pathological Speech”. The goal is to address the current limitations of LLMs/SLMs when processing atypical speech patterns. The student will be embedded in the vibrant research ecosystem of FBK in Trento, Italy.
